LAYING OUT THE CABINETS

4/12/21 - I met with Denise Mercer from The Carpet House to layout the cabinets. She measured everything, making sure to leave the right space for trim and take into account any changes (like where we left the short wall piece off on one side of the cabinet layout). Since I'm doing lighter upper cabinets and darker lower cabinets, we had to decide how to break the color up for the oven cabinet. Denise suggested changing the deeper cabinet bank to the maple slate finish that matches the lower cabinets and the island.
